Tennis offers participants major benefits to their overall health.

Studies that demonstrate why fitness-conscious persons should include tennis in their activity programs have been undertaken by the United States Tennis Association and also by, the leader in offering expert resources and training programs for fitness enthusiasts.

The Club participates in the Every Kid in the Game initiative, an important part of The Aspen Institute’s Project Play which seeks to involve children aged 6 to 12 in high-calorie-burning sports or fitness activities at least three times a week.
